Red Cabbage Casserole
with minced meat

| 400 g | red cabbage, canned |
| 200 ml | single cream |
| 200 g | crème fraîche |
| 500 g | minced meat, pork and beef |
| salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
| some | butter |
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Divide the minced meat in a buttered casserole. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with the red cabbage. Pour over the cream and crème fraîche and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
