Carrot Dipping Sauce
a salty, hot, sweet and sour sauce
Ingredients per 1 portion(s)
| 4 tbsp | fish sauce (Nýớc mắm ) |
| 2 tbsp | fresh lime juice |
| 2 tbsp | sugar |
| 4 small | red chillies, finely chopped |
| 2 clove(s) | garlic, finely chopped |
| 1 | carrot, finely chopped or shredded |
| 2 tsp | coriander leaves, finely chopped |
Combine fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, chillies and garlic and mix well. Cover and store in the fridge.
About 2 hours before serving stir in the carrot and coriander leaves.
Serve immediately with e.g. Marinated BBQ Beef Skewers.
Tip: Feel free to adjust the quantity of each ingredient to suit your own taste.
