Put sugar, butter and milk into a pan and bring to a boil, keep stirring continously. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, marshmallow cream and nuts. Mix well. Pour into a 22 cm buttered pan and leave to cool for several hours. Cut into squares and serve.
