Custard Toffee Cream Dessert

Ingredients

1 small banana, sliced
60 ml whipping cream, whipped
60 ml custard
biscuit, crushed (ladyfingers or shortbread for example)
  drizzling of toffee or caramel sauce
  almonds, for decoration

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Crush biscuit and place in the bottom of the glass.

Layer banana, then custard, toffee, cream, banana, custard and then toffee again.

Pipe a swirl of cream on the top and garnish with a slice of banana.

Serve immediately.

I would like to add here, that the best way to serve this dessert is in small(ish) glasses. That way it doesn't make it look like the biggest calorie bomb really. :-)
