Mocha Mousse

A very quick mousse

Ingredients

200 g dark chocolate
100 g mocha chocolate
60 g butter
200 ml whipping cream
2 tbsp instant coffee
  whipped cream for decoration
  chocolate coffee beans or chocolate flakes for decoration

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min Resting time: ca. 1 hr / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Melt chocolate and butter in a bain-marie. Heat the whipping cream with the instant coffee up, then add slowly to the melted chocolate.

Fill into small espresso cups or dishes and let cool for 1 hour. Serve with a blob of whipped cream or decorate with chocolate flakes or chocolate coffee beans.

This looks really yummy! Do you reckon I could change the dark chocolate to milk?

Of course you can change the chocolate, you can even try chili chocolate, or chocolate with nuts to give it some crunch.

You Sponge Bob looks great but I am not into theme cakes. I have only ones tried a wedding cake...
