A fun and easy snack or breakfast idea

Ingredients

bread rolls
6 medium eggs
 some cheese, grated
 some milk
  salt and pepper, to season
 some fresh parsley, chopped
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Remove the insides of the rolls.

Crack one egg into a small bowl and add some milk. Stir well to combine.

Brush the insides of each roll with the milk and egg mixture and season with salt and pepper.

Put some grated cheese onto the bottom of each roll.

Then crack one egg into each of the rolls and season them with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle some fresh parsley on your filled rolls.

Bake in the oven for about 18-20 minutes. After 5 minutes minutes place the lids from the rolls in the oven and bake them for about 5 minutes.
