If you cannot find sausage meat, buy ordinary sausages and remove the skins or any other minced meat such as lamb, chicken or beef and use the raw meat.
Place 6 eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to boil. Cook in boiling water for 10-12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool and peel.
Chop parsley and mix together with the meat in a large bowl. You may want to also add a little beatn egg or water to give it a better kneading consistency.
Roll the eggs in the seasoned flour and set aside.
Flatten the meat and make a patty to surround each egg.
Roll covered egg in beaten egg and then in the bread crumbs to cover evenly.
Heat the oil over medium heat. Deep fry until golden brown, or pan fry while making sure each side is well cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
Cut in half and serve over a bed of lettuce and sliced tomatoes for garnish. Also serve with Honey and Dill sauce if desired.
