Puristic Peruvian starter

Ingredients

200 g fresh sushi-grade salmon
1/2 small onion
red hot chilli pepper
2 tbsp lime juice
  salt, to taste
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min Resting time: ca. 30 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Chop the salmon and finely dice the onion. Remove seeds and finely chop the chilli pepper.

Combine all in a bowl and add the lime juice and a pinch of salt. Leave to stand for 30 minutes.

Check seasoning and adjust if necessary.
