Rhubarb Apple Crumble

Ingredients

500 g rhubarb, peeled and cut into small chunks
apple, cored and cut into small cubes
75 g sugar
120 g flour
25 g oat flakes
1 pinch(es) salt
80 g butter
1 tbsp icing sugar

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 30 min Resting time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: 395 kcal

Mix rhubarb, apple and 2 tablespoons of sugar and transfer into four small greased ovenproof dishes. Knead flour, oat flakes, rest of the sugar, salt and butter into crumbles. Place crumbles on top of rhubarb and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with icing sugar and serve still warm.
