Ingredients

2 large ripe avocados
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 stalk(s) celery
1/2  green capsicum
hard boiled egg
200 g shrimp, cooked
1/4  apple
5 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2  lemon, juice
1 tsp tomato sauce
1 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
  salt and pepper, to taste

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Cut avocados in half, remove stones and sprinkle the flesh with lemon juice. Chop onion, celery, capsicum, egg, shrimps and apple.

Combine mayonnaise, tomato sauce, mustard, Tabasco sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine mayonnaise mixture with shrimp mixture and fill the avocados. Serve with toast.
