Pork Fillet Strips

Pork with apple and cream

Ingredients

800 g pork fillet, cut into thin strips
300 ml cream
1 medium apple, cored, quartered and cut into slices
8 tbsp fresh tarragon, finely chopped
  salt and pepper to taste
4 tbsp vegetable oil
 dash(es) Calvados (optional)

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Heat oil in a casserole, add pork strips and fry for 2 minutes, season with salt and pepper, add cream and tarragon and cook until sauce begins to thicken. Now add the apples and the Calvados (optional) and cook for 30 seconds, stirring.

Serve with rice and/or potatoes.
