Ingredients

ripe bananas, peeled
2 tbsp maple syrup
 some butter
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 5 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Heat the butter in a pan.

Quarter the bananas by cutting through crosswise and lengthwise. Place into the pan and fry on one side until light brown. Pour over the maple syrup, then turn the bananas and cook briefly the other side.

Transfer on serving plates and pour over the juices from the pan. Serve immediately.
