Ingredients

chicken thighs, bones and skin removed
  For the marinade:
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
10 ml onion powder
2 tbsp honey
2 clove(s) garlic
5 ml ginger
1 tbsp salt (level)

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 5 min Resting time: ca. 2 hrs / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and pour over the meat. Toss to coat all the chicken pieces. Let soak for 1-2 hours.

Heat a non stick pan on medium high. Add the chicken and lower the heat to medium low and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.

Best served with rice.
