Ingredients

duck breast fillets
40 g cream
3 tbsp Calvados
10 g butter
apples, peeled, cored, sliced
250 ml gravy
  salt and pepper
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Preheat oven to 170°C.

Season the duck breasts with salt and pepper and place in a casserole dish with some water. Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes or until skin is golden brown.

Place the apple slices in a pan and stew with butter and Calvados. Deglaze with gravy and stir in cream.

Cut the duck breast in thin slices and serve with the apple sauce.
