Ingredients

| 100 | hazelnuts |
| 100 g | nougat |
| 1 | egg yolk |
| 1 tbsp | milk |
Method

Roll out the dough and cut out stars. Divide half of the stars on a baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes until light brown. Whisk milk with egg yolk and brush the rest of the stars with the egg wash. Press in the middle of each star one hazelnut, then bake like the first batch. Let cool.
Roll the nougat into small balls and glue together the stars with the nougat.
