Ingredients

garlic cloves, chopped
onion, chopped
125 ml olive oil
300 g tomato puree
50 g brown sugar
  oregano, optional
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 5 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Sauté onion and garlic in a pan at medium heat. Add sugar, oil and tomatoes. Stir well and add some oregano at the end if you like.
