Ingredients

300 g swede, shredded
300 g carrot, shredded
100 g cream
100 g sour cream
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp walnut oil
50 g walnuts, chopped
  salt and pepper, to taste

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

For the dressing whisk the cream with sour cream, mustard, vinegar and oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Put the grated swede and carrots into a bowl and pour over the dressing. Toss until well combined. Check seasoning and correct if necessary. Serve sprinkled with the chopped walnuts.
