Ingredients

400 g turkey breast, sliced
500 g broccoli, in florets
1 tbsp butter
  salt and freshly ground black pepper
250 g single cream
egg
1 tbsp freshly grated Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp oil

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 40 min / Grade of difficulty: medium / Calories per portion: n/a

Cook the broccoli in salted water until done, but still a bit firm to the bite. Drain. In a large pan, heat the oil and stir-fry the meat until golden brown.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Transfer the meat into a buttered casserole dish and top with the broccoli. Whisk together the cream and the egg. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the broccoli. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
