Ingredients

1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp black tea leaves
1/2  cinnamon stick
150 ml boiling water
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 5 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Pour the boiling water over the black tea and allow to steep for about 5 minutes. Strain the tea into a cup.

In a small saucepan, caramelise the sugar, add the cinnamon stick and deglaze with 100ml water. Cook stirring until the caramel is dissolved, then strain into the tea.

Serve immediately.
