Ingredients

3 tsp black tea leaves
3 tsp gingerbread spice mix
150 ml milk
3 tsp honey
400 ml water
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 5 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Bring the water to a boil. Add tea leaves and gingerbread spice, cover and let simmer for 3-4 minutes.

Heat milk in another pot but don't allow to boil. Use a milk frother for a nice milk foam.

Sweeten the tea with honey and strain into glasses. Top with the milk foam.
