Ingredients

125 g butter, melted
3 tbsp lemon juice
5 tbsp garlic powder or minced garlic
  salt

Method

Preparation time: ca. 5 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 5 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: 160 kcal

In a saucepan, melt the butter slowly. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and garlic.

Baste grilled fish, lamb, beef or poultry with the garlic butter.

Serve with fresh white bread and salad.

Hi,

in the description of this recipe some things are repeated, no?

Shouldn't it be like this?:

In a saucepan, melt the butter slowly. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and garlic.

Baste grilled fish, lamb, beef or poultry with the garlic butter.

Serve with fresh white bread and salad.

By the way, at the weekend I shall make this butter with monkfish.
