Ingredients

egg whites
400 g hazelnuts
200 g sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pack(s) chocolate icing
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 2 hrs / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Preheat the oven to 100°C.

Whisk the egg whites with the sugar until stiff. Fold in the nuts and cinnamon. Spoon small heaps of the mixture onto a baking tray, lined with baking paper. Place into the oven for 2 hours.

Take out and allow to cool. Coat with the chocolate icing.
