Salmon with Dill and Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

salmon fillets
250 ml dry white wine
shallot, sliced
3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
125 g plain yoghurt
75 g Dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
75 ml lemon juice
  salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

Preparation time: ca. 1 hr 30 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Combine dill, yoghurt, mustard, honey and lemon juice in a bowl and stir well. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour, then remove and leave at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Place the salmon fillets in a pan with the wine, shallots and enough water to cover. Cover the pan and stew for some minutes until the Salmon is cooked through.

Transfer the fish onto warmed plates, season with salt and pepper and serve with the sauce.
