Ingredients

12 slice(s) bread
onion
tomatoes
150 g freshly grated Swiss cheese
250 ml milk
eggs
1 tsp dry mustard
1 pinch(es) black pepper
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: 120 kcal

Preheat oven to 190°C. Grease 12 muffin cups.

Cut the bread into rounds and place the rounds on the bottom of the muffin cups.

In a medium bowl, whisk the milk with eggs, stir in the diced tomatoes, sliced onion, mustard and pepper. Divide the mixture into the muffin cups.

Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
