Ingredients

1 clove(s) garlic, minced
3 sprig(s) thyme, chopped
1 tsp paprika powder
  salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/2  lemon, juice
8 tbsp olive oil
turkey escalopes
red onions, sliced
red chili, seeded and chopped
1 large cucumber, sliced
4 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 dash(es) sugar
3 slice(s) white bread, cut into 2cm cubes

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 8 min Resting time: ca. 1 hr 30 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Mix together the garlic, paprika, thyme, lemon juice and 5 tablespoons of oil. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the marinade over the meat and allow to marinate for 1,5 hours.

In a bowl, combine cucumber, onion and chili. Stir in the vinegar and the remaining oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.

Thread the bread cubes onto skewers. Grill the skewers and the turkey escalopes turning frequently for 5-8 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Serve with the salad.
