Ingredients

ripe bananas, peeled
400 ml sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp corn syrup
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
300 g bittersweet chocolate chips
banana, to garnish

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 10 min Resting time: ca. 4 hrs / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: 500 kcal

Place 3 bananas, 300ml condensed milk, corn syrup and lemon juice in a blender and process until smooth. Transfer to an icecream box. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.

For the hot chocolate sauce, heat 100ml sweetened condensed milk and 1 tablespoon water in a small saucepan over medium heat and add the chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth, adding more water by teaspoonfuls if the sauce is too thick.

Divide ice cream among 6 bowls. Drizzle over the sauce and top with the sliced or diced banana!
