Nutella Ice-cream
Easy peasy no fuss ice-cream

Combine Nutella and evaporated milk until well mixed. This can be done by hand, or to speed up the process, use a blender.
In a separate bowl whisk cream until soft peaks form, don't over whip. Gently fold the whipped cream into the nutella mix until thoroughly incorporated.
Pour into a Tupperware or ice-cream container and freeze.
Note:
I used whipping cream because it gives a lighter end product, but you could use double cream if preferred.
About this recipe:
This recipe is so easy and quick to make. You don't need an ice-cream maker and once you put it into the freezer, you do not need to worry about regular stirring to break up the ice-crystals.
Best made the day before you want it, except if you can't resist eating it!
