Chicken Lollipops with Sesame

To make a lollipop: Grab the thin end of the chicken drumstick firmly, then carefully cut through the skin surrounding the bone. Once the skin is cut all around, use your knife to scrape down the meat from the bone. Push the meat down to the lower end. You can leave it that way or go on like this: Using your fingers, pull the meat over the fat end of the bone so that it’s inside out. Now you have a lollipop. Pour some flour onto a plate, mix the eggs with salt and pepper in a second plate and pour the sesame seeds into a third plate.
Turn over the lollipops first in flour, then in the egg and lastly in the sesame seeds. Fry in hot oil and serve. It's perfect finger-food for parties.
