Ingredients

pork escalopes, cut into 2cm cubes
red onions, sliced
  salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 clove(s) garlic, minced
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1 bunch(es) spring onions, sliced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tbsp oil
  chili flakes
2 tbsp butter

Method

In a bowl, mix together the meat, onions, garlic, oil, curry, paprika powder, Worcestershire sauce and some drops of the Tabasco sauce. Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes. Let soak for an hour.

In a wide pan or a wok, heat the butter and sauté the spring onions until lucent. Stir in the meat mixture and cook stirring until the meat is tender. Serve sprinkled with the parsley.
