Ingredients

400 g plums, halved and stones removed
400 g pears, peeled, sliced and cored
400 g apples, peeled, cored and diced
300 ml elderberry juice
1 stick(s) cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
500 g jam sugar
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil slowly. Cook for 4-6 minutes.

Remove from the heat, fish out the cinnamon stick and purée the jam. Pour into sterilized jars and seal with screw caps. Store in the fridge when cooled down.
