Ingredients

150 g carrot
150 g courgette
bell peppers, red, green and yellow
100 g mushrooms
150 g onion
3 tbsp vegetable oil
  soy sauce, to taste
  pepper, to taste
  oyster sauce, to taste
  rice wine, to taste
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 20 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: 200 kcal

Slice or dice all the vegetables.

Heat oil in a large pan or a wok and fry the vegetables for a few minutes until done, but still a bit firm to the bite. Season to taste with soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine and pepper.

Serve with rice, preferably Basmati.
