Ingredients

500 g broccoli
9 medium potatoes
250 g Feta cheese
400 ml White Sauce (recipes in the database)
1 handful Parmesan cheese
  freshly ground pepper, to season

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 30 min / Grade of difficulty: medium / Calories per portion: n/a

Peel and slice the potatoes. Rinse the broccoli, cut off the stem and divide the broccoli into florets. Place the vegetables in a pressure cooker and cook until tender.

Transfer the vegetables in a casserole dish and crumble the Feta cheese on top. Pour the white sauce over the vegetables and Feta cheese. Season with pepper. Sprinkle some freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top. Place in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes at 200°C.
