Ingredients

350 ml orange juice
ripe banana, sliced and frozen
450 g brambles
  To garnish:
2 slice(s) orange
1 sprig(s) mint
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Process the orange juice with the frozen bananas and the brambles in a blender until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses. Garnish the glasses with orange slices and mint leaves and serve with straws.
