Ingredients

90 g black olives, pitted and halved
100 g onions, chopped
50 g mangetout, finely sliced
350 g tomatoes, peeled and finely diced
20 g brown sugar
80 ml white balsamic vinegar
  paprika powder
  sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

In a saucepan, heat the oil and sauté the onions and the mangetout for a minute. Add the tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes. Pour in the vinegar and add the olives. Simmer for 5-8 minutes.

Season to taste with sugar, salt, pepper and paprika powder.
