Ingredients

bell peppers, red, green and yellow
300 g sour cream
150 g crème fraîche
  salt
  oil
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 45 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: 150 kcal

Roast the bell peppers with some vegetable cooking oil in a big pan or a wok until the skin is really crispy. Then cover with a lid, so the pepper can stew so that it becomes soft also. Put the pepper on a plate to cool a bit, then peel it carefully. Split in two or more pieces and remove the stem and most of the seeds.

Return the bell peppers into the oily pan, add the sour cream and crème fraîche and season with salt. Bring to a boil and cook for some minutes stirring until smooth and well combined.

Serve immediately with fresh white bread, e.g. pita bread.
