Ingredients

chicken breast fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  salt and freshly ground black pepper
eggs
  flour
4 tbsp olive oil
50 ml honey
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp soy sauce
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Mix together the honey, mustard and soy sauce.

Season the meat with salt and pepper. Beat in the eggs and mix well. Add enough flour to make a thick batter to coat the chicken pieces thoroughly.

In a pan, heat the oil. Add the chicken pieces and fry until golden brown all around.

Serve the chicken nuggets immediately with the sauce.
