Ingredients

500 g potatoes, peeled and quartered
  salt and freshly ground black pepper
8 tbsp orange juice
onion, sliced
1 tbsp currants, chopped
red chili, seeded and sliced
100 g chorizo, sliced
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 20 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

In a pan, heat the oil. Fry the potatoes all around over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Pour in the juice. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and stew for 10 minutes.

Stir in the onions, chilies and currants and stew until the potatoes are done. Add more orange juice if necessary. Add the chorizo and cook until hot. Serve immediately.
