Ingredients

400 g chicken breast fillet, cut into 2cm cubes
  flour
  salt and pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp butter
3 clove(s) garlic, minced
1/2 glass(es) dry white wine
1/2 bunch(es) parsley, chopped
250 ml chicken stock

Method

In a bowl, mix some flour with salt and pepper. Add the chicken cubes and toss. Make sure, the meat is well coated with the flour.

In a pan, heat the oil and the butter. Add the chicken and fry until golden and crispy all around. Stir in the garlic and the wine and cook until the wine has evaporated. Add the stock and cook for approximately 5 minutes. Stir in the parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
