Ingredients

tomatoes
80 g beef mince
  salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp freshly grated Cheddar or Gouda cheese
 some oregano
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
1 tsp oil
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Preheat the oven to 175°C.

Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and scoop out the pips with a teaspoon.

Mix together the beef mince, cheese and garlic. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.

Stuff the tomatoes with the mixture and bake for 10 minutes. Return the cut off tops and bake for another 3-5 minutes.
