Ingredients

1 bunch(es) spring onions, sliced
500 g minced meat
  salt and pepper
  paprika powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
125 g mozzarella cheese, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 large can(s) tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp instant vegetable stock
2 tsp Italian mixed herbs
1 pinch(es) sugar
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
500 ml water

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 30 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

In a saucepan heat the oil and sauté the spring onions and the garlic until lucent. Add the mince and cook over medium heat until brown and crumbly. Add the tomatoes and the water. Stir in the stock and the herbs and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar, paprika powder and Worcestershire sauce and simmer for at least 15 minutes.

Serve sprinkled with mozzarella.
