Ingredients

400 g asparagus, woody ends removed, sliced
  salt and pepper
3 tbsp lemon juice
oranges
2 tbsp crème fraîche
2 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp oil

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Cook the asparagus in salted water for 8-10 minutes. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Peel and fillet the oranges.

Squeeze the juice into a bowl. Stir in the crème fraîche, sour cream, vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the orange fillets on the asparagus and pour over the sauce.
