Ingredients

1 cup(s) white wine
1 shot(s) rum
eggs
3 tbsp sugar
portions

Method

In a saucepan, whisk together the wine, eggs and sugar. Cook whisking over low heat until thickened.

Remove from the heat and stir in the rum. Serve warm or cold.
