Ingredients

100 g single cream
60 g butter
350 g white couverture
100 g almond slivers, roasted
10 ml Grand Marnier
oranges, grated peel
  To glaze:
  white couverture
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 10 min Resting time: ca. 30 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Melt the single cream with the butter and the couverture in a bain-marie and stir until well combined. Stir in the freshly roasted almond slivers and refine with Grand Marnier and orange peel. Set aside in a cool place.

As soon as the mixture is cooled lightly and pliable, form small balls and coat them with melted white couverture.

Transfer on a wire rack and allow to cool completely. Keep in the fridge until serving.
