Ingredients

1 large aubergine, peeled, sliced and salted
3 clove(s) garlic, mashed
  salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 tbsp olive oil
  chili powder

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 15 min Resting time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Allow the salted aubergine slices to stand for 15 minutes. Rinse under cold water and pat dry. Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Mix together the oil and the garlic. Season with chili powder, salt and pepper. Coat the aubergine slices with the marinade. Divide the aubergines on a lined baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes.

Sprinkle with olive oil. Best served lukewarm.
