Ingredients

2 tbsp chopped almonds, roasted
fish fillets of your choice
120 g red bell pepper, grilled and sliced
8 slice(s) Prosciutto di Parma
6 tbsp olive oil
600 g courgette, sliced
  salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a


Heat 3 tablespoons of oil and fry the wraps from both sides for 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove from the pan, cover and keep warm.

Heat the remaining oil. Add the courgettes and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the courgettes on serving plates and place the fish wraps onto the vegetables. Sprinkle with the roasted almonds.

Serve with fried potatoes.
