Ingredients

1 large can(s) peas
1 l chicken stock
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp sugar
  salt and white pepper
1/8 l single cream
onion, chopped
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
1 tbsp oil
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

In a saucepan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic and the onion until lucent. Add the canned peas with their liquid and the chicken stock and bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 5-8 minutes.

Purée the soup and add the cream. Bring to a short boil again and season to taste with sugar, salt, pepper and curry powder.

Serve with fresh bread.
