Ingredients

400 g tagliatelle
onion, chopped
150 g peas
150 g mascarpone
2 tsp curry powder
  salt
1 tbsp butter
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 5 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

Cook the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente.

In a saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the onions and peas for a few minutes. Add a little water and pour in the Mascarpone. Season to taste with salt and curry powder.

Add the cooked tagliatelle and toss. Serve immediately.
