Ingredients

400 g minced meat, pork and beef
250 g onion, chopped
2 tbsp oil
250 g rice
3/4 l beef stock
bell peppers, 2 red and 2 green, sliced
  salt and pepper
  curry powder
  paprika powder

Method

Preparation time: ca. 15 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

In a saucepan, heat the oil. Fry the minced meat and the onion over medium heat for 10 minutes or until the meat is brown and crumbled.

Add the rice and pour in the stock. Cover and bring to the boil. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, then stir in the bell peppers and cook for another 15 minutes.

Season to taste with salt, pepper, curry and paprika.

Serve with fresh salad.
