Ingredients

turkey escalopes
1 large can(s) pineapple, diced and juice
1 large can(s) peaches, diced and juice
3 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp curry powder
  salt
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp butter
1/4 l water

Method

Season the turkey escalopes with salt and curry powder.

In a saucepan, heat the oil and fry the escalopes over medium heat from both sides for 3-4 minutes or until golden. Remove from the heat, set aside and keep warm.

Heat the butter in the pan, add the flour and stir until slightly yellow. Pour in the water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour in half of the pineapple and peach juice. Season to taste with salt and curry powder. Cook for about 10 minutes, then stir in the sour cream and add the fruit bits. Simmer over low heat for 2 more minutes.

Return the meat, allow to steep for a minute and serve with rice.
