Ingredients

chicken breast tenderloins
1 tbsp curry
300 g apple sauce
250 g canned lentils, drained, liquid collected
1 tbsp instant vegetable stock
150 g yoghurt
  salt and cayenne pepper
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
portions

Method

Preparation time: ca. 10 min / Cooking / Baking Time: ca. 10 min / Grade of difficulty: easy / Calories per portion: n/a

In a saucepan, heat the oil. Add the chicken and fry over medium heat from both sides until just done and slightly golden. Sprinkle with curry and cook for another minute. Do not burn the curry!

Pour in the apple sauce and 4 tablespoons of the liquid from the lentils, add the lentils and the stock. Cover and cook over low heat until hot.

Stir in the yoghurt. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
